lovely viewhuge mallhelpful staff
the room had a lovely view Over Marina Bay. The lights at night WERE fine. The hotel is attached to a huge mall with shops and restaurants leading to Marina Bay. Staff were helpful and willing to assist.
The in room dining menu had limited choices. However it's an amazing place.

The rooms include toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron, a robe and slippers. I found a big shower and nespresso machine. the bed was really comfortable.

The buffet breakfast had many options, and the service was efficient. the pool and bar WERE very relaxing. Everything felt close by and convenient.

i booked through accor and it was a big mistake. the charges looked like they were made in us dollar hence there's a slight difference with the amount. i am not happy about the multiple charges made on my credit card though.

The billing process was quite disordered. I made a payment online, however, the hotel staff could not locate it in their system. Multiple charges looked on my credit card. I had to initiate contact to resolve the issue. These issues detracted from what should have been a seamless experience.

The billing process was disorganized. I booked through a third party, but the hotel staff could not reconcile the payment (despite evidence of charges on my card). This required me to follow up after my stay. my room's view was not as advertised. It was supposed to be a harbour view, yet the outlook was obstructed.

my premier 1 king balcony city view room offered a balcony i appreciated the city view from. breakfast had a wide selection of items i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit. the location was central i found it easy to access nearby attractions.
the bathroom lighting was somewhat dim for applying makeup i noticed.

I arrived early and was pleased I could check in without a wait. I got an Executive 1 King L65 Lounge Access High Floor Balcony City View room and loved the city views from the balcony. The room was neat and well-kept.
I did have trouble with the billing. I saw multiple charges on my credit card, and the hotel staff did not follow up after I reported this.
